This August 3-4, 2024 fundraising event includes free train rides on board "The Railyard Local," a short 40-minute ride through our railyard

This special longer ride includes a layover stop at our 95-foot turntable ride for a spin, and three separate educational presentations:

• How a diesel electric-locomotive works

• How railroad air brakes work

• How we couple and uncouple railcars
