Our museum is home to an ever-growing collection of railroad artifacts and objects. On display inside Union Station, you’ll find railroad lanterns, china and silverware, timetables, tools, historic photographs, uniforms, telegrams, and model trains. All these items help illustrate the impact railroading has had in New England and our region.
Just outside and across the tracks is Danbury Railyard. Our 15-track, 10-acre historic yard is home to over 75 pieces of railroad rolling stock and locomotives. For a full roster and details on each piece of equipment, click here.
